Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups

  • Grated jaggery 1 cups

  • Grated Gooseberry 1 cups

  • Hot Water 1 cups

  • Olive Oil 1/3 cups

  • Brown Sugar/Stavia 1/2 cups

  • Dessicated Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder 1 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Fennel 1/2 tsp

  • Clove Powder 1 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

  • Choo-Chips 2 tbsp

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp

Directions

    Take a big deep bowl add hot water jaggery ,stavia ,mix well add all spices and goose berry pulp

  • 02

    Whisk flour and Baking powder ,salt,coco powder

  • 03

    Add flour mix into wet mixture

  • 04

    Add coconut in it

  • 05

    Pour into greased silicone molds add chocochip s on top

  • 06

    Bake in a preheated oven for 35 tp 40 miutes .

    Allow to cool

  • 08

    Serve .
