Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gram bitterguard


  • 1 cup keshew


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon red chilly poeder


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmaric powder


  • 1 tablespoon jeggary


  • 1 tablespoon cumin_coriender powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala


  • 2 tablespoon oil


  • 3 tablespoon chopper corriender


  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste

Directions

  • Cut the bitter guards in small pieces
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Mix well
  • Cover for 10 min.
  • Now drain salt water from bitterguard
  • Now in a pan add oil,
  • Add mustard seeds,add asfotedia
  • Add garlic paste
  • Add keshew
  • Fry till light golden
  • Now remove keshew from oil
  • Add bitterguard in it cover and cook for 10 min.
  • Now add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,cumin_coriander powder,garam masala,jeggary,1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Mix well
  • Cover and cook for 5 min.
  • Now add fried keshew
  • Mix it
  • Add chopped coriander
  • Serve it
