Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups jowar flour


  • 3/4 cups hot water


  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds powder


  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions

  • Take a big bowl add jowar flour along with cinnamon and fenugreek powder and mix well
  • Add hot water and mix with laddle
  • After 4 to 5 minutes kneed well with hands
  • Make tennis ball size ball from the dough
  • Place a plastic sheet on kitchen slab and put the dough ball in between the plastic sheet and press weth a flat bowl .
  • Put roti on the hot griddle and flip both side and cook .
  • Serve hot with curry
