Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Jowar flour 1 cups

  • Hot Water 3/4 cups

  • Fenugreek seeds powder 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a big bowl add jowar flour along with cinnamon and fenugreek powder and mix well

  • 02

    Add hot water and mix with laddle

  • 03

    After 4 to 5 minutes kneed well with hands

  • 04

    Make tennis ball size ball from the dough

  • 05

    Place a plastic sheet on kitchen slab and put the dough ball in between the plastic sheet and press weth a flat bowl .

  • 06

    Put roti on the hot griddle and flip both side and cook .

  • 07

    Serve hot with curry
