  • Milk 750 ml

  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp

  • Roasted oregano 2 pinch

  • Roasted Mixed Herbs 2 pinch

  • Nicely Crushed Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp

  • Fresh coriander nicely chopped 2 tsp

  • Salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • For Stir Spinach,Bunch Spinach don't chopped 1 nos

  • Almonds divided into half 5-6 nos

  • Fresh Red chili cut in diagonal 1 nos

  • Garlic.nicely chopped 3 nos

  • Salt 2 pinch

  • Oil for cooking 1/4 cups

    Boil milk add lemon juice and mix, switch off gas, when curdles form, strain water in muslin cloth and take milk curdles in bowl.

    Now add roasted oregano,mixed herb rub with palm and mix,red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, fresh coriander and mix (all ingredients add when water completely remove and curdles are hot then all flavour completely mix and inhance it's taste)

    Now transfer it's again in muslin cloth and place a heavy bottom pan over the cloth to remove all excess water from this.

    After 3 hours,take out the mixed herb paneer from cloth and cut in round shape and pick the skewers in it.

    For Stir Spinach, heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic when light brown add almond, after few seconds add red chopped chilli,washed spinach leaves, salt and stir for 2 mins in high flame, don't over cook the spinach just Stir.

    Other side heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the herbed paneer lollipops from both side.

    For arrange the recipe, transfer the stir spinach in serving plate and place the shallow fry paneer lollipops over it,or serve separately.

    Serve hot for more taste with sauce, ketchup or chutney.
