Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 litre full fat milk


  • 150 gms sugar


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp clarified butter


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cups whipped cream


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tsp powder sugar


  • 2 tsp colorful sprinkle


  • 2 tsp choco chips

Directions

  • Keep milk for boiling in heavy bottom pan
  • Add cardamom powder
  • Once milk start to boiling reduce the flam
  • Keep stirring
  • Add 2teaspoon of lemon juice and 1teaspoon of water in a bowl and mix well
  • Add lime juice into the milk.
  • Milk starts curdling.
  • Now add sugar and
  • Add clarified butter and keep stirring till mixture are golden brown in colour.
  • Line a tin with foil papper.
  • Transfer the mixture in the tin and spread evenly.
  • Set it for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Add unbeaten cream in a bowl and beat it with a beater till stiff peaks.
  • Now demould the milk cake and spread cream on cake.
  • Decorate with colourful cream, Colourful sprinkle and choco chips
