Take a bowl, add suji and curd, mix well and keep for 15 mins.
After that add spinach puree, salt, roasted peanut powder and chilly ginger paste.
Now grease appe pan and heat it.
Now baking soda in to the mixture and mix well.
Now put in appe pan and cook.
Covered for 6 mins on medium heat.
Flip and cook more for 4 mins. Now switch off when done.
Serve with tomato sauce.
