Chicken bone in pieces 250 gms
Choice of veggies like carrot, beetroot, raw papaya, beans, peas chopped 2 cups
Crushed Garlic Cloves 2 nos
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
Chopped Onion,medium size 1 nos
Crushed Cinnamon 1 nos
Crushed Cardamom Pods 2 nos
Crushed Cloves 2 nos
Crushed Peppercorns 5 nos
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Take a pressure cooker, heat oil in it.
Add crushed whole spice, and stir for a while.
Add crushed garlic, ginger & onion. Fry again with salt.
Add veggies now.
Add the cleaned chicken, turmeric, cumin & coriander powder.
Sprinkle little water and give it a nice stir.
Add 2 cups water to the cooker and pressure cook upto 4 whistles.
Turn off gas and let the pressure realese itself.
After sometime open the cooker and serve hot chicken n veggie stew with indian flat bread.
