Ingredients

  • 1 bowls for cake..all purpose flour..


  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder


  • 1/2 bowls sugar


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 3/4 tsp baking powder


  • 1 nos mango ice cream:mango


  • 1 bowls milk


  • 2 bowls condensed milk


  • 1/2 bowls cream


  • 1 nos vanilla ice cream brick


  • 1 tbsp sprinkles


  • 1 tbsp strawberry syrup


  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup


  • 1 nos mango for garnishing

Directions

  • Mix all purpose flour and coco powder and sieve it.
  • Take it in a mixi g bowl,add sugar powder.
  • Mix oil and milk ang beat it.
  • Pour the batter in the container.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20mimutes
  • Check the cake by inserting a knife or screwer.
  • Cool the cake
  • Once cool, demould it and cut into half.
  • Squeeze strawberry syrup to moist cake.
  • Now spread mango icecream.
  • Here i have prepared mango icecream by mixing all ingredients of mango icecream,mixing in a mixer grinder and deep fridge it.
  • Now on top of mango icecream arrange thin mango slices.
  • Cover it with other piece of cake.
  • Now cover this whole cake with vanilla icecream which is kept on room temperature.
  • Keep it in fridger for 3 to 4 hours or until set.
  • When fully set
  • Arrange or place sprinkles on outer surface of cake.
  • Pour chocolate syrup on outer circle of cake.
  • Enjoy chilled icecream cake.
