Mix all purpose flour and coco powder and sieve it.
Take it in a mixi g bowl,add sugar powder.
Mix oil and milk ang beat it.
Pour the batter in the container.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20mimutes
Check the cake by inserting a knife or screwer.
Cool the cake
Once cool, demould it and cut into half.
Squeeze strawberry syrup to moist cake.
Now spread mango icecream.
Here i have prepared mango icecream by mixing all ingredients of mango icecream,mixing in a mixer grinder and deep fridge it.
Now on top of mango icecream arrange thin mango slices.
Cover it with other piece of cake.
Now cover this whole cake with vanilla icecream which is kept on room temperature.
Keep it in fridger for 3 to 4 hours or until set.
When fully set
Arrange or place sprinkles on outer surface of cake.
Pour chocolate syrup on outer circle of cake.
Enjoy chilled icecream cake.
