Ingredients
Serves 3
Chicken Mince 150 gms
Carrot,finely chopped 2 1/2 tbsp
Beans-finely chopped 2 1/2 tbsp
Onion - finely chopped 1 tbsp
Spring Onion , finely chopped 1 sprig
Salt (as per taste) 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water 3-4 cups
Refined Oil 2 tbsp
Directions
Clean and wash the chicken mince and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add chicken mince into it.
Stir for few minutes and add chopped carrot, onion and beans.
After 5 minutes add chopped spring onions and salt to taste.
After 2 to 3 minutes add water and simmer the gas.
Allow it boil for 10 to 12 minutes and add black pepper powder.
Finally switch off the gas and serve it hot.
