Cut eggplant in roundles
Wash them in cold water
Add all spices in a big bowl aling with besan add 2 table spoon water in it .and make a smooth paste from it .
Add eggplant rounds in it, set aside for 20 minutes
Heat oil in a wok
Fry eggplant rounds at medium flame .
Drain in kitchen towel .
Serve hot with yougart dip and roti ,nan ,paratha
