Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Broccoli (sliced) 3/4 cups

  • Mushroom (sliced) 3/4 cups

  • Onion(diced) 1 nos

  • Green chili (chopped) 2 nos

  • Garlic Pods (sliced) 5 nos

  • Butter 1/4 cups

  • Carrot (sliced) 1 nos

  • Capsicum Red (sliced) 1/2 nos

  • Yellow Capsicum(sliced) 1/2 nos

  • Red chili (whole) 2 nos

  • Spring onions 2 nos

  • Soya sauce – (optional) 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Blanch the sliced broccoli and mushrooms separately with little salt for about 4 minutes.

    Drain the water and keep them aside.

  • 03

    Melt butter in a pan.

  • 04

    Add in the sliced garlic and saute for a minute.

  • 05

    Add the onion too and saute until they turn soft and pink.

    Next add in the blanched broccoli and mushroom.

    Add the carrots too.

  • 08

    Add salt and green chilies and mix.

  • 09

    Let it to fry for around 5 minutes, uncovered, and stirring in between.

    Next add the sliced capsicum, red chilies and chopped spring onions. Mix well.

    Saute for a minute or two.

    Add in the pepper powder and mix.

  • 13

    Turn the heat off.
