Ingredients
Serves 4
Broccoli (sliced) 3/4 cups
Mushroom (sliced) 3/4 cups
Onion(diced) 1 nos
Green chili (chopped) 2 nos
Garlic Pods (sliced) 5 nos
Butter 1/4 cups
Carrot (sliced) 1 nos
Capsicum Red (sliced) 1/2 nos
Yellow Capsicum(sliced) 1/2 nos
Red chili (whole) 2 nos
Spring onions 2 nos
Soya sauce – (optional) 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Directions
Blanch the sliced broccoli and mushrooms separately with little salt for about 4 minutes.
Drain the water and keep them aside.
Melt butter in a pan.
Add in the sliced garlic and saute for a minute.
Add the onion too and saute until they turn soft and pink.
Next add in the blanched broccoli and mushroom.
Add the carrots too.
Add salt and green chilies and mix.
Let it to fry for around 5 minutes, uncovered, and stirring in between.
Next add the sliced capsicum, red chilies and chopped spring onions. Mix well.
Saute for a minute or two.
Add in the pepper powder and mix.
Turn the heat off.
