Barley 300 gms
Onion chopped 1 nos
Garlic cloves nicely chopped 3 nos
Ginger nicely chopped 1/2 inch
Small Red Chili Chopped 1 nos
Spring Onion Green Part,Chopped 1 nos
Carrot,nicely Chopped 1 nos
Fresh Coriander Chopped 3 tsp
Mix(green, red, yellow) pepper chopped 3/4 cups
Oil for Cooking 2 tsp
Salt or as per taste 3/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp
Directions
First washed Barley nicely and soaked it for 5 hours,after 5 hours,cook it in same water for 10 mins,drain it,and consume it's water for next step.
Now heat oil in pan add chopped garlic and ginger, after a min add chopped onion, when translucent add chopped red chilli and carrot in it and add already consumed barley water to cook.
Now add cooked barley,salt, chopped mix pepper and cook it for 3 to 4 mins.
Add chopped coriander and spring onion,black pepper powder and mix.
Now Barley Soup is ready to serve,now serve this soup hot for more taste with sprinkle some red chilli flakes over it.
