Mix semolina ,water,yeast,salt ,sugar in a bowl
Mix properly and knead it .Leave it for five minutes
Now put the dough on kitchen counter and knead it properly for 15 to 20 minutes
In the beginning dough will be sticky but do not worry it will be fine
Yoy can use little semolina (1-2teaspoon) if needed
After 20 minutes dough will be fine soft and elastic
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover it.Keep this bowl at warm place till double the dough.It will take about 1 hour
After one hour put dough again on kitchen counter and knead it for five minutes
Put this dough in greased bread tin and press at sides
Leave it for 1/2 hour.Again it will be double
Preheat oven at 190°
Place tin in oven and bake for 35-45 minutes
Bread is ready
