Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 1/4 cups fine semolina


  • 1 1/2 cups water


  • 1 tsp instant yeast


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 cups olive oil


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix semolina ,water,yeast,salt ,sugar in a bowl
  • Mix properly and knead it .Leave it for five minutes
  • Now put the dough on kitchen counter and knead it properly for 15 to 20 minutes
  • In the beginning dough will be sticky but do not worry it will be fine
  • Yoy can use little semolina (1-2teaspoon) if needed
  • After 20 minutes dough will be fine soft and elastic
  • Place dough in a greased bowl and cover it.Keep this bowl at warm place till double the dough.It will take about 1 hour
  • After one hour put dough again on kitchen counter and knead it for five minutes
  • Put this dough in greased bread tin and press at sides
  • Leave it for 1/2 hour.Again it will be double
  • Preheat oven at 190°
  • Place tin in oven and bake for 35-45 minutes
  • Bread is ready
