  • 300 gms whole barley grain

  • 150 gms beans sprouts

  • 1 nos small ball pepper,chopped

  • 2 nos tomato,chopped

  • 1 nos spring onion use all parts chopped

  • 1/4 cups nicely chopped coriander

  • 3 tsp extra virgin oil

  • 2 tsp lemon juice of half lemon

  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 6 nos walnuts,chopped


  • Washed Barley 3 to 4 times with water and soaked it for 20 minutes
  • Now boil it with add some salt in water about 20 mins or till barley is soft not mushy,drain it and shock it in cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Now take cooled barley in a bowl,add beans sprouts, chopped walnuts, chopped tomato spring onion,bell pepper,coriender,lemon juice, olive oil and salt and mix well
  • Now Barley Salad is ready to serve.Use all ingredients as per taste.
