Ingredients
Serves 2
Whole Barley grain 300 gms
Beans Sprouts 150 gms
Small Ball Pepper,chopped 1 nos
Tomato,chopped 2 nos
Spring onion use all parts chopped 1 nos
Nicely chopped Coriander 1/4 cups
Extra Virgin Oil 3 tsp
Lemon Juice of half lemon 2 tsp
Salt or as per taste 1 tsp
Walnuts,chopped 6 nos
Directions
Washed Barley 3 to 4 times with water and soaked it for 20 minutes
Now boil it with add some salt in water about 20 mins or till barley is soft not mushy,drain it and shock it in cold water to stop the cooking process.
Now take cooled barley in a bowl,add beans sprouts, chopped walnuts, chopped tomato spring onion,bell pepper,coriender,lemon juice, olive oil and salt and mix well
Now Barley Salad is ready to serve.Use all ingredients as per taste.
