Soak moong daal for four hours and grind it.The consistency of daal batter should be like dosa batter
Add salt in daal batter
For stuffing add one teaspoon oil in a pan .Add all dry spices and green chillies and saute for few seconds
Now add mashed potato and paneer saute for one minute
Lastly add coriander leaves
Now heat non stick tawa and reduce the flame
Pour daal batter on tawa and make round shaped pancakes. Pancakes should be little thin
When pancakes turns brown on the lower surface flip the side and roast from another side also
Place stuffing over pancake and fold sides on stuffing
Moong daal pancake is ready .Similarly prepare rest of the pancakes
