Moong Dal Pancake With Paneer Stuffing

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups split and dehusked moong daal


  • 150 gms paneer


  • 1 nos bolied potato,medium


  • 1 nos green chili,chopped


  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves,chopped


  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder-


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp dried mango powder


  • 1-2 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Soak moong daal for four hours and grind it.The consistency of daal batter should be like dosa batter
  • Add salt in daal batter
  • For stuffing add one teaspoon oil in a pan .Add all dry spices and green chillies and saute for few seconds
  • Now add mashed potato and paneer saute for one minute
  • Lastly add coriander leaves
  • Now heat non stick tawa and reduce the flame
  • Pour daal batter on tawa and make round shaped pancakes. Pancakes should be little thin
  • When pancakes turns brown on the lower surface flip the side and roast from another side also
  • Place stuffing over pancake and fold sides on stuffing
  • Moong daal pancake is ready .Similarly prepare rest of the pancakes
