Bring a pan of salted water to boil
Add beans and cook under tender crisp
Drain and run under cool running water and keep aside
Heat olive oil in a non stick pan
Add onions and season with salt and pepper
After one minute reduce flame and cook turning occasionally until onions are deep caramelized Brown
Add garlic
After 30 seconds add beans
Now add remaining olive oil and oregano
Mix properly and cook for 2-3 minutes
Now add lemon juice and soy souce
Toss to combine and serve immediately
