1/2 cups sprouted moong
2 tbsp peeled and chopped mango
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 tbsp boiled and chopped potato
1 nos green chili(fine chopped)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Directions
Mix all lightly and enjoy this healthy salad.
You can also have it chilled. Just keep this salad in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy chilled sprouted moong mango salad.
