  • 1/2 cups sprouted moong


  • 2 tbsp peeled and chopped mango


  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato


  • 1 tbsp boiled and chopped potato


  • 1 nos green chili(fine chopped)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Directions

  • Mix all lightly and enjoy this healthy salad.
  • You can also have it chilled. Just keep this salad in the fridge for 15 minutes and enjoy chilled sprouted moong mango salad.
