1 1/2 cups soaked and boiled chick peas
2 tbsp tahini sauce
3 nos cipollini onions,thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp thick curd
1/2 cups olive oil
1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan add onions saute till brown and keep aside
Combine chick peas ,tahini sauce,remaining olive oil,salt,lemon juice ,curd and 2/3 of browned onions and blend them smooth
Serve topped with remaining browned onions
