Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 3 cups carrot cubes


  • 2 cups chopped fenugreek leaves


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 cups chopped onion


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili


  • 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds
  • When it starts crackling then add onion and chilli. Saute it on medium flame for 1 minutes.
  • Add carrot and all spices , mix it well
  • Now add chopped methi leaves and mix it for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid and let vbe cook it on SIM flame for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rotis or parathas
