Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds
When it starts crackling then add onion and chilli. Saute it on medium flame for 1 minutes.
Add carrot and all spices , mix it well
Now add chopped methi leaves and mix it for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid and let vbe cook it on SIM flame for 5-10 minutes.
Serve hot with rotis or parathas
