Ingredients

200 gms pumpkin
1 nos onion,medium size
1 nos tomato,medium size
5 nos garlic pods
1 tsp pink salt
2 pinch powdered black pepper
1 tsp cream,to decorate (optional)
Directions
Peel and cut pumpkin tomato onion and garlic
Place all in pressure cooker and cook till two whistles
After releasing pressure place all material in a plate
Cool down properly and blend it in puree
Cook this puree in a pan for two minutes and mix powdered black pepper
Garnish with cream (if you want to garnish) and serve hot
