Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cauliflower florets 5 nos

  • Carrot,Medium 1 nos

  • Potato,small(optional) 1 nos

  • Capsicum,small 1 nos

  • beans 3 nos

  • green peas 1/2 cups

  • Spinach leaves 4-5 nos

  • Oats 2 tbsp

  • Onion ,medium 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves 3 nos

  • Ginger Piece 1/2 inch

  • Cloves 4-5 nos

  • Cumin 1 tsp

  • Black Pepper Corn 7-8 nos

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Thyme Strends(optional) 3 nos

  • Butter 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 tsp

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Water or Vegetable Stock 3 cups

  • Black pepper powder( to taste) 1 tsp

  • Salt ( to taste). 1 tsp

Directions

    Dry roast the oats in a pan and make a powder and keep aside

    Cut all the veggies in cube and break the spinach leaves eith hand and keep aside

    Peel and slice onion and ginger. Peel and chop garlic

  • 04

    Spread a small cloth add cumin, clove, peppee corn and ginger and make a knot.

    Heat butter and oil in a pan, add garlic to it and saute up to brown

    Then add sliced onion and cook up t

    Now add water or syock so that oats powder won't burn.

    Than add the veggies and saute for some time. Then add stock, salt,

    Crush the above prepared potli a bit and add to the stock.

    Also add salt, bay leaf and thyme

    Now remove the bay leaf and thyme leaves.

    At this stage add milk to it and cook for 4 to 7 mins.

    At last taste the stew and balance it with required salt and peppee
