Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos cauliflower florets


  • 1 nos carrot,medium


  • 1 nos potato,small(optional)


  • 1 nos capsicum,small


  • 3 nos beans


  • 1/2 cups green peas


  • 4-5 nos spinach leaves


  • 2 tbsp oats


  • 1 nos onion ,medium


  • 3 nos garlic cloves


  • 1/2 inch ginger piece


  • 4-5 nos cloves


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 7-8 nos black pepper corn


  • 1 nos bay leaf


  • 3 nos thyme strends(optional)


  • 1/2 tsp butter


  • 1/2 tsp oil


  • 1 cups milk


  • 3 cups water or vegetable stock


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder( to taste)


  • 1 tsp salt ( to taste).

Directions

  • Dry roast the oats in a pan and make a powder and keep aside
  • Cut all the veggies in cube and break the spinach leaves eith hand and keep aside
  • Peel and slice onion and ginger. Peel and chop garlic
  • Spread a small cloth add cumin, clove, peppee corn and ginger and make a knot.
  • Heat butter and oil in a pan, add garlic to it and saute up to brown
  • Then add sliced onion and cook up t
  • Now add water or syock so that oats powder won't burn.
  • Than add the veggies and saute for some time. Then add stock, salt,
  • Crush the above prepared potli a bit and add to the stock.
  • Also add salt, bay leaf and thyme
  • Now remove the bay leaf and thyme leaves.
  • At this stage add milk to it and cook for 4 to 7 mins.
  • At last taste the stew and balance it with required salt and peppee
