Wash and Soak butter bean and brown rice together with methi seeds, pepper, and cumin seeds for 2 to 3 hours
Grind it with garlic, small onions and ginger to a fine paste.
Add salt and mix well.
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and spread it in circular motion from inside.
Drizzle a tsp of oil around the edges of dosa and cook for few seconds and flip over the other side and cook for a minute.
Remove dosa from the pan and serve hot with , idli powder with gingelly oil,sambar or chutney as you wish.
