Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups sprouted methi dana


  • 1/2 cups sprouted moong and moth sprouts


  • 1 nos medium sized chopped tomato


  • 1 nos medium sized chopped onion


  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chili


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp salt(as per taste)


  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds


  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts


  • 10 nos raisins(soaked in water)


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 nos semi fried papad for garnishing


  • 1-2 nos lemon slices for garnishing


  • 1 tsp coraiander leaves for garnishing

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except the garnishing ingredients
  • Mix well
  • Assemble in the serving bowl with semi fry papad triangles
  • Enjoy this extremely healthy salad full of nutrients
  • Tip : methi Dana sprouts preparation: soak them in warm water for 3- 4 hours.drain the water and tie the seeds in a cloth.keep sprinkling little water in some time Sprouts will be ready by 3 days
