Sprouted Methi Dana 1/2 cups
Sprouted moong and moth sprouts 1/2 cups
Medium Sized Chopped Tomato 1 nos
Medium Sized Chopped Onion 1 nos
Finely Chopped Green Chili 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt(as per taste) 1 tsp
Chopped Almonds 1 tbsp
Chopped Walnuts 1 tbsp
Raisins(soaked in water) 10 nos
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Semi fried papad for garnishing 1 nos
Lemon slices for garnishing 1-2 nos
Coraiander leaves for garnishing 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except the garnishing ingredients
Mix well
Assemble in the serving bowl with semi fry papad triangles

Tip : methi Dana sprouts preparation: soak them in warm water for 3- 4 hours.drain the water and tie the seeds in a cloth.keep sprinkling little water in some time Sprouts will be ready by 3 days
