Ingredients

  • For cake-all purpose flour 2 cups

  • Sugar powder 1 cups

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1 1/2 cups

  • Custard powder 1 tbsp

  • Tutty fruity 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla essence 6-7 drop

  • Yellow food colour 1 pinch

  • Curd 1 cups

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp

  • Vaniila icecream 2 cups

  • Chocochips 2 tbsp

  • Grated brown chocolate 2 tbsp

Directions

    First take a pan add 1 cup milk n boil it and take 1/2cup cold milk add custard powder mix it in hot milk turn off gas

    Sieve all purposeflour mix bk soda and bk powder

  • 03

    Take a bowl add curd n sugar powder mix it add oil n all purposeflour mix with spoon

    Add vanillaessence and tutty fruity mix it now add custard milk slowly mix it

    Pour this mixture in greeced pot baje it 180° for 35 min.

    When cake completly cool cut it in ceter

    Spread vanilla icecream on first layer and chocochips

    Now put second layer on it and spread icecream all sides garnish it with chocochips and grated chocolate

    Keep it in freezer for 15 min

    Serve chilled
