Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Masoor n moong dal /lentils 100 gms

  • Chopped onion,medium 1 nos

  • Chopped garlic cloves 4-5 nos

  • Chopped green chilly 1 nos

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Salt - to taste 1 pinch

  • Water 500 ml

Directions

    Heat butter in a pan.

  • 02

    Add onion,garlic and saute for 1 - 2 mins.

  • 03

    Add masoor and moong lentils /dal and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

  • 04

    Add water and boil for 9 -10 mins.Add salt and mix well

  • 05

    Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot.
