Mix all the dry ingredients together
Now add water and prepare a dough( normal as you prepare forparathas)
Make small balls of the dough
Roll them into a roti ( little thick than the normal chapatis)
Cut the edges with the knife to make a square
Now cut them into 2 cm size strips
Now cut them in such a way you get triangles out of them
With the help of knife or fork make pricks so they don't fluff while frying
In a fryi g pan heat oil
Once heated start start frying these triangles on medium flame till they turn golden
Once done remove them on a absorbent paper
Sprinkle some chat masala (optional)
Ready to serve
