Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1 cups rajgira flour


  • 1 tbsp coarsely crushed black pepper


  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups water(as required)


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 1 1/2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together
  • Now add water and prepare a dough( normal as you prepare forparathas)
  • Make small balls of the dough
  • Roll them into a roti ( little thick than the normal chapatis)
  • Cut the edges with the knife to make a square
  • Now cut them into 2 cm size strips
  • Now cut them in such a way you get triangles out of them
  • With the help of knife or fork make pricks so they don't fluff while frying
  • In a fryi g pan heat oil
  • Once heated start start frying these triangles on medium flame till they turn golden
  • Once done remove them on a absorbent paper
  • Sprinkle some chat masala (optional)
  • Ready to serve
