Chocolicious Cake pops

Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 kgs chocolate/vanilla cake(leftovers can also be used)


  • 1 cups almonds and cashew nuts crushed


  • 1 cups chocolate sauce


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 4 tbsp drinking chocolate powder or you can use melted chocolate also


  • 1/2 cups milk or as required to adjust the consistency


  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar


  • 1 tbsp any chocolate spread

Directions

  • Mash or crumble the cake
  • Add 2 teaspoons milk to it to make it soft and slightly paste-like.
  • Divide this mixture and shape into small rounds.
  • Insert
  • Keep them at a regular distance on a foil in plate and glorify them with colourful edible sprinklers.
  • Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Chocolicious cake pops are ready to serve.
  • For Chocolate Sauce: You can prepare the chocolate sauce at home also.
  • Just add the chocolate, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder and butter. Heat slightly and mix well. 
  • Add chocolate spread and mix well
  • Add a teaspoon of milk if required to adjust the consistency.
  • Also you can add a dash of sugar if it is too bitter. 
  • If you want to make it little thick add a pinch of corn flour to milk and mix it in the chocolate sauce.
  • Chocolate sauce is ready.
