Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4 nos brown bread slices


  • 1 cups gram flour (besan)


  • 1 cups dry roasted oats powder


  • 1 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1-2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp hing


  • 1 tbsp dry roasted kasuri methi


  • 1 nos medium sized chopped tomato


  • 1 nos medium sized chopped onion


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the bread and
  • Cut the bread slices into triangles
  • Heat a non stick pan
  • Spread little oil and roll it on the entire pan
  • Now dip the bread triangles in the batter , make sure you coat both the sides and place them on the pan to cook
  • Cook on a medium flame
  • Cook both the sides.
  • Once done repeat the same for the bread slices
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
