Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Maida 1 1/2 cups

  • Vanilla flavored Custard powder 2 tbsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cups

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Milk 2 tbsp

Directions

    In a mixing bowl add the milk, oil and sugar and let sugar dissolves completely.

    Sieve the maida, custard powder and baking powder and mix well them.

  • 03

    Add them to the milk mixture and fold gently to make a smooth better.

  • 04

    Preheat the oven to 180'C for 10 minutes. Grease the cake mould with oil. Pour the better into it and bake the cake for 30- 35 mins. Mine was done in 30 mins. Start checking from 30 mins onward. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.

    Remove from the oven, let it cool and de - mould.

    Decorate with some colourful saunf and james.

  • 07

    Cut and serve.
