FOR FISH MARINADE:
Wash and pat dry the fish fillets and cut into desired size
Apply salt, turmeric powder and lime juice and keep aside for 20 minutes at least.
FOR GREEN MASALA
Grind together coriander leaves, stems, garlic, ginger,onion, green chillies with little water to form a paste
Grind tomatoes separately
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add the green masala paste and cook for 5 minutes till raw smell goes.
Then add tomatoes paste
Add all dry spices powders listed except garam masala
Saute well till oil floats
HOW TO PROCEED
Once oil floats, gentle add the fish fillet pieces and saute for 2 minutes
Add just enough water and adjust for salt
Sprinkle garam masala and cover
Simmer for 20 minutes .
Serve hot with rotis
