In a bowl mix semolina, curd, salt and water
Make an idli like batter and keep aside for 5 minutes
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves
Switch off the flame and add this tempering to the batter
Add crushed cornflakes and mix well
Heat water in a steamer
Grease the idli moulds with oil
Add fruit salt to the batter and mix
Pour this batter in greased idli moulds
Sprinkle cornflakes and place the idli stand in the steamer
Steam for 10-12 minutes
Remove the stand from steamer and allow it to cool for 2-3 minutes
Remove the idlis and serve
