Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 3/4 cups grated danish


  • 1/2 cups chopped radish leaves


  • 1/2 cups chopped spinach


  • 1/2 cups chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds


  • 3 tbsp oil,extra to knead the dough


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 4-5 tbsp oil for frying paratha

Directions

  • combine all the listed ingrediants except 1 tsp oil and water to make the dough
  • mix properly
  • sprinkle water as required and make a smooth dough
  • knead the dough for 5-10 minutes
  • pour 1 tsp oil and knead the dough again
  • now pinch a medium sized ball from the dough
  • coat it with dry flour and press it
  • start rolling into a circle
  • apply some oil over the top and sprinkle some flour on it
  • fold the paratha in half and apply some more oil and sprinkle with flour
  • fold into triangle and roll this into a paratha maintaining the triangle shape
  • heat a tawa om medium flame and put the paratha on it
  • cook on one side for few seconds then flip it over
  • apply oil and cook on both sides till it gets cooked and turns brown
  • make all the parathas in the same way
  • serve with raita or pickle
