Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Wheat flour 2 cups

  • Grated Danish 3/4 cups

  • Chopped Radish Leaves 1/2 cups

  • Chopped Spinach 1/2 cups

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 cups

  • Green Chilli Chopped 2 nos

  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

  • Salt or as per taste 1 tsp

  • Dry Mango Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Carom Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Oil,Extra to knead the dough 3 tbsp

  • Water 3/4 cups

  • Oil for Frying paratha 4-5 tbsp

Directions

    combine all the listed ingrediants except 1 tsp oil and water to make the dough

    mix properly

  • 03

    sprinkle water as required and make a smooth dough

  • 04

    knead the dough for 5-10 minutes

  • 05

    pour 1 tsp oil and knead the dough again

  • 06

    now pinch a medium sized ball from the dough

  • 07

    coat it with dry flour and press it

  • 08

    start rolling into a circle

  • 09

    apply some oil over the top and sprinkle some flour on it

  • 10

    fold the paratha in half and apply some more oil and sprinkle with flour

  • 11

    fold into triangle and roll this into a paratha maintaining the triangle shape

  • 12

    heat a tawa om medium flame and put the paratha on it

  • 13

    cook on one side for few seconds then flip it over

  • 14

    apply oil and cook on both sides till it gets cooked and turns brown

  • 15

    make all the parathas in the same way

  • 16

    serve with raita or pickle
