Mix all the ingredients
Add little quantity of water to make the batter
Rest it for 10 minutes
Rava will soak the water so you may need to add more as required for a dosa consistency
Heat the pan
Roll the sliced onion on the pan and now spread little oil
Spread the dosa batter uniformly
Cook from both the both sides for about 3 to 5 minutes
Repeat the same for the remaining batter
Delicious palak rava dosas are ready
Serve it with Chutney and sambhar
I served it with salad to make it more healthy
