Assemble all the dry ingredients in a large bowl one by one .
Now assemble all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients ( expect chocolate ) whisked for 2 minutes till everything is well blended .
The batter should be of a thick dropping consistency .
Grease a round microwave bowl and pour the whole content in this bowl .
Make sure the batter is half filled as there should be room left for the cake to rise . Pick up the bowl and gently tap on the counter to release all the trapped bubbles .
Set the timer to 5 minutes on high power .
Since the bowl is deep I have inserted a skewer in the cake it come out all clean .
