Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups semolina /suji


  • 4 tbsp desi ghee


  • 1 cups brown sugar(you can increase or decrease the brown sugar according to your taste buds and needs)


  • 2 tbsp chopped dry fruits like raisins,cashews and almonds.(you can chose your dry fruits according to your choice)

Directions

  • Take a wok add desi ghee in it heat it for 2 minutes.Now add Rava in the ghee.Roast it on a medium flame ,till it starts changing its color.
  • Now add brown sugar and mix it well.Add dry fruits and more desi ghee in the mix.You can add more ghee also if you want.
  • Now when you will find that the ghee,rava and brown sugar has mixed up properly,then switch off the flame and pour the mixture on a plate.
  • Let the mixture gets cool down and after that make it in a ladoo shape and keep it in an air tight containers.Your Healthy power pack ladoos are ready to relish!
