  • Semolina /Suji 1 cups

  • Desi Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Brown Sugar(you can increase or decrease the brown sugar according to your taste buds and needs) 1 cups

  • Chopped dry fruits Like raisins,cashews and almonds.(you can chose your dry fruits according to your choice) 2 tbsp

    Take a wok add desi ghee in it heat it for 2 minutes.Now add Rava in the ghee.Roast it on a medium flame ,till it starts changing its color.

    Now add brown sugar and mix it well.Add dry fruits and more desi ghee in the mix.You can add more ghee also if you want.

    Now when you will find that the ghee,rava and brown sugar has mixed up properly,then switch off the flame and pour the mixture on a plate.

    Let the mixture gets cool down and after that make it in a ladoo shape and keep it in an air tight containers.Your Healthy power pack ladoos are ready to relish!
