Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 nos pumpkin ,large piece


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 4 nos garlic pods,large


  • 1/2 tsp red chili(degi mirch)


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Peel and cut pumpkin in wedges
  • Boil water in a pan .add salt abd add pumpkim wedges in water and cover with lid.Switch off the flame
  • Let them stand for ten minutes
  • Place olive oil ,salt,red chilli,oregano and chat masala in a bowl
  • Add pumpkin wedges in it and mix properly until the wedges are coated
  • Preheat oven at 250° and place wedges in a lined baking tray
  • Bake at 250° for 15 minutes and flip them
  • Again bake for 15 minutes
  • Delicious and healthy pumpkin wedges are ready
