Peel and cut pumpkin in wedges
Boil water in a pan .add salt abd add pumpkim wedges in water and cover with lid.Switch off the flame
Let them stand for ten minutes
Place olive oil ,salt,red chilli,oregano and chat masala in a bowl
Add pumpkin wedges in it and mix properly until the wedges are coated
Preheat oven at 250° and place wedges in a lined baking tray
Bake at 250° for 15 minutes and flip them
Again bake for 15 minutes
Delicious and healthy pumpkin wedges are ready
