Preheat oven at 180'C.
In a big bowl add semolina, mango puree, oil, sugar, ellaychi powder, half almonds baking powder and mix well.
Let it rest for 10 mins so that semolina absorb mango puree and rise up. Meanwhile Add saffron threads
After 10 minutes mix well cake mixture. If mixture seems dry add Little milk in it.
Now pour it mixture in greased baking dish.
Garnish it with saffron and rest all chopped almonds.
Bake it at 180'C for 20 - 25 minutes.
