Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1 cups mango puree


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp ellaychi powder


  • 1 tsp mango essence


  • 1/4 cups fragrance free oil


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1/4 cups chopped almonds


  • 7-8 nos saffron threads


  • 1 tsp milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180'C.
  • In a big bowl add semolina, mango puree, oil, sugar, ellaychi powder, half almonds baking powder and mix well.
  • Let it rest for 10 mins so that semolina absorb mango puree and rise up. Meanwhile Add saffron threads
  • After 10 minutes mix well cake mixture. If mixture seems dry add Little milk in it.
  • Now pour it mixture in greased baking dish.
  • Garnish it with saffron and rest all chopped almonds.
  • Bake it at 180'C for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Your soft moist yummy and healthy mango semolina cake ready to eat.
