Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 2 cups

  • Sugar Powder 1 cups

  • Dalda Ghee 1 cups

  • Baking Soda 1 pinch

  • Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Sieve all purpose flour

  • 02

    Melt ghee on low flame n cool it

  • 03

    Now put melted ghee in freezer for 20 min

  • 04

    Mix all purpose flour and sugar powder

  • 05

    Add baking soda and cardamom powder

  • 06

    Now add grated ghee n mix with palm

  • 07

    Now make little balls from dough

  • 08

    And put it in baking tray and bake it on 180°for 25 min
