Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 cups sugar powder


  • 1 cups dalda ghee


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Sieve all purpose flour
  • Melt ghee on low flame n cool it
  • Now put melted ghee in freezer for 20 min
  • Mix all purpose flour and sugar powder
  • Add baking soda and cardamom powder
  • Now add grated ghee n mix with palm
  • Now make little balls from dough
  • And put it in baking tray and bake it on 180°for 25 min
