Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs rajma


  • 1/2 kgs tomato puree


  • 5-6 nos green chili


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp red chili


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1 nos cinnamon clove


  • 1 nos bayleaf

Directions

  • Soak rajma for 3_4 hrs.
  • Then boil rajma
  • Grind tomato ginger green chilli n cinnamon clove
  • Make a smooth paste.
  • Add oil in kadai n put cumin seeds till crackle
  • Now paste we grind add it n saute it add spices salt red chilli n coriander
  • Now add boil rajma n little water
  • Make them boil.ready to eat rajma n rice
