Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 nos spinach bhaji bunch


  • 1 nos sarson bhaji bunch


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Wash and boil spinach and sarson bhaji
  • Grind them in mixer
  • In a kadai heat oil crackle cumin seeds
  • Add chopped onion ginger garlic paste saute it
  • Add chopped tomato and cook it for some time
  • Add spices and salt
  • Add grinded bhajis and let it cook for 20 minutes.
