Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Kala Chana 1 cups

  • Onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Tomato,finely chopped 1 nos

  • Chopped Green Chilies 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Aamchur Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Black Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

Directions

    Wash and soak Chana in enough water overnight.

  • 02

    Drain the water and adding fresh water pressure cook the chana until soft.

  • 03

    Press the boiled chana with a rolling pin and dry them in the oven by baking at 180℃ for 10 minutes until crispy but not dark in color.

    Add the dried and flattened chana to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients I.e onions, tomatoes, cilantro, cumin powder, chaat masala, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, amchur powder, black salt and dash of lemon juice

    Toss everything together and serve.
