preheat the oven to 170 degrees celsius and line a Muffin tray with paper cups
whisk together flour and baking powder and seive it and keep aside
mix together coconut oil coconut milk and sugar
Fold the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients
fill the Muffin liners three fourth with the batter
bake for 15 minutes or until done
mix the corn flour in a little bit of passion fruit juice
boil the remaining juice and the corn flour mixture until it thickens
remove from heat
whip the cream and add in the passion fruit juice as required and also the colours in separated creams
core the centre of the cupcakes
fill in with the passion fruit sauce
Frost it with the whipped cream
