Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/5 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp choco chips

Directions

  • Take all the ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl and mix really well .
  • Now grease a ramekin bowl with oil .
  • Pour the batter in and place chocolate chips in the Center .
  • Pop this in microwave and cook for 1:30 seconds on high power .
  • Remove it and let it sit for 2 or 3 minutes .
  • Now run a butter knife in the sides and invert it to a plate .
  • Cut and enjoy the Molten Lava Cake .....
