Ingredients

Serves : 9
  • 100 gms whole wheat flour


  • 10 gms cocoa powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp chocolate essence (optional)


  • 70 gms sugar


  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups milk

Directions

  • add vinegar to the milk and keep aside to curdle
  • line the Muffin tray with paper cups
  • preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
  • whisk together flour cocoa powder ,baking powder ,baking soda
  • seive twice and keep aside
  • whisk together curdled milk ,oil and chocolate essence if using
  • fold in the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients and make a smooth and lump free batter
  • fill the batter in the paper cups until three fourth full
  • bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until Done
