Frist, soaked poha in water for 10minutes and after 10 minutes pohas take a plate dry it and keep aside.
In a bowl,beat the eggs and salt according to taste,beat the eggs mixture well.
Heat oil and add beaten eggs gently stir till the nixture curdles.about a minute increase the heat to high.vigorously stir the egg mirture around and break bigger clumps up.now the egg Bhurjies keep aside.
Again, heat a pan add 1tspn oil and 1tspn ghee.add whole(cinnamom,cardamom,clove)
Now add vegetables,peanuts,cashew nuts,raisins,salt,turmeric powder and sugar.stir to combine and finally add rinsed poha.now turn the heat low and cover the pan for 3/4 minutes.allow with the vegetables.
After 3/4minutes,add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves.now serve hot puha pulau with tea and chicken gravy
