Take a bowl add soft butter and sugar and whisk till fluffy
Then add orange juice and mix well with butter and sugar mixture..
Now add dry ingredients with flour ,baking powder and baking soda (pass through the sieve..
Mix well wet and dry ingredients with spatula to make semi thick batter...add orange zest and mix well with batter..
Pre heat cooker for 2-3 mints.place a aluminium rack inside the cooker..
Now grease a cake tin with butter or oil and then dust with flour.
Now pour the cake batter into the cake tin...place cake tin inside the cooker carefully.
Now cover the cooker with lid but without lock it.
After 40 -45 mins when you will see a golden crust over the cake ,insert a toothpick or knife ,if it comes out clean .means cake is done..if not keep cake for few more mints or till toothpick come out clean..
After cake is well done .take out cake tin from cooker..do not touch cake untill it little cool.
For choco orange glaze --- take a bowl add powder sugar,coco powder, butter and 2-3 tbsp orange juice and mix well till smooth..pour this glaze over the cake.. let it set for 5 minutes..
