  • For cake... melted butter 1/2 cups

  • Powdered Sugar 1/3 cups

  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

  • Fresh Cream 2 tbsp

  • Milk 1/4 cups

  • Wheat flour 1 cups

  • Cocoa Powder 1 tbsp

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/2 tsp

  • For icing... Icing sugar 1 tsp

  • Butter 1 tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 drop

  • Raspberry Red colour or any red color edible 1 nos

    Mix butter and sugar in a bowl with a beater untill a smooth paste

    Add fresh cream, vanilla essence and whisk well

    In it add red color and milk and whisk well

  • 04

    Now sift together wheat flour, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder, baking powder and baking soda in thia only and whisk well for a smooth batter consistency and yes dont over whisk it

    Now grease the micro safe vessel with butter and sprinkle wheat flour

    Pre. Heat micro on high for a mint.

    Pour the batter in the greased pan and bake for 5 mint on high flame

    Remove and let it cool first and than unmould it

    Red Velvet Cake is ready!

    For icing... Take all ingredients and beat with electric beater in one direction only in speed let it cool in refrigerator till use or use immediately

    Cut the cake into 3 parts very thin slices

    Put 1st part than add the sugar syrup and the cream on it evenly

    Put 2nd part on it again add sugar syrup and cream evenly

    Keep the last part and spread sugar syurp and cream evenly on top and also cover sides

    Want some decor add color in cream take icing bag choose nozzel and do decore

    Yummy cake is ready with icing...
