Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Medium size cauliflower 1 nos

  • Medium Size Onion 1 nos

  • Small size Tomato 1 nos

  • Medium Size Capsicum 1/2 nos

  • Paneer ( cut in small pieces and shallow fry in butter) 3 tbsp

  • Vinegar(to clean Cauliflower) 2 tsp

  • Olive Oil 3 tsp

  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp

  • Chopped,Green chili 1 1/2 tsp

  • Oregano 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Cut cauliflower in small pieces and soak them in vinegar mixed warm.water for ten minutes

    Grate cauliflower in food processor

  • 03

    Add little salt in grated cauliflower and microwave it for two minutes at high

  • 04

    After cooling squeeze cauliflower properly to remove all water

  • 05

    Heat a pan and add olive oil

    Shallow fry paneer and keep aside

  • 07

    Now saute onion tomato capsicum and green chilli in olive oil at high flame for one minute.you can take more time but i like crunchy vegetables so i took little time

    Now add salt red chilli and oregano

    Add cauliflower and saute

    I like crunchy cauliflower so i saute at high flame without lid but if you like tender then cook with lid at low flame
