Cut cauliflower in small pieces and soak them in vinegar mixed warm.water for ten minutes
Grate cauliflower in food processor
Add little salt in grated cauliflower and microwave it for two minutes at high
After cooling squeeze cauliflower properly to remove all water
Heat a pan and add olive oil
Shallow fry paneer and keep aside
Now saute onion tomato capsicum and green chilli in olive oil at high flame for one minute.you can take more time but i like crunchy vegetables so i took little time
Now add salt red chilli and oregano
Add cauliflower and saute
I like crunchy cauliflower so i saute at high flame without lid but if you like tender then cook with lid at low flame
