Seive maida, milkpowder ,baking powder , baking soda three times.
Add sugar,Add grinded paan villas toffee , bahar, chopped paan leaves and trutti fruitti .
Slowly add milk beat well. Grease cake tin dust maida add cake batter.
Put in preheated oven for 25 min at 180°.
Check with tooth pick. Cook till. Tooth pick comes clear.
Make rabdi from milk add gulkand.
Beat whipped till peak point. Add grinded pan villas , green colour, and bahar.
I had made two cakes make four layer in two layer spread gulkand rabdi two layer whipped cream put on each other alternate.
On top spread whipped cream cover it with cream.
Decorate with mitha paan , paan masala ,rose petals, and cherries .
Keep in refrigerator . Serve.
